Welcome to TD Helps, David. We'd be glad to help.
Based on your question, it sounds as though you're referring to a maintenance fee. On some of our accounts, there is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. If your account falls below the required minimum, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle.
We do offer different types of accounts, each of which has its own balance requirement. We encourage you to review our checking accounts here: http://go.td.com/1oXjGgF and our savings accounts here: http://go.td.com/1hzzhPT to locate yours. Please note balance requirements apply to each account individually unless otherwise noted with "combined minimum balance."
Please know that suspending your Online Banking does not waive the maintenance fee for any of our accounts at this time.
Because we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum , we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 and we would be happy to review your account with you.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of sending a secure message through Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
You're also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this clears things up, David. Have a good day.
