If your payment was made through our TD Bank Bill Pay, to edit a recurring Bill Payment, please log onto your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, please follow the steps below to update your recurring payment:
1. Click on the “Bill Pay” tab located at the top of your screen.
2. Click on the “Manage Your Bills” tab.
3. Select the appropriate biller from the “Biller Name” list.
4. Select the option “Update automatic payment” from the “What would you like to do?” list.
5. Make the appropriate changes and click the “Save Changes” button
6. Click “Ok”
If this automatic payment was scheduled via TD Business Direct, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562, Option 2 to speak with a Banking Specialist, or visit a Store near you. To find hours and locations near you, please take a look at http://bit.ly/TDStores. Or, another way to contact us is by sending a secured message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will need to log in to your account from here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, you will then select the "Customer Service" tab after you log in.
