If you're unable to view your other TD Checking account via your online banking profile, we ask you please contact us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to add your other Checking account to your existing Online Banking in no time. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you're able to view both of your Checking accounts on your online banking profile, you should be able to use either of your Checking accounts to pay your bills via http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on your Bill Pay page after logged onto your account, next to Pay From, you should have a drop down arrow where you may select your other Checking account to make your online bill payments when you like. I understand how you click on the drop down to select the account, the bill is paid from, but how do I make the change permanent

When you select the appropriate account you'd like your biller to be paid from, this will then become your default account for that biller.
