Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Carolyn. There are different options you may submit your address and telephone number change request. We'll explain the steps in details.
The first option is to make it into a TD Bank Store to update your account(s) there in person. Please find the nearest Store in your area here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Just stop by during lobby hours and we can update any contact info we currently have on file for you.
Another option is to submit this request online. If your account has been opened for at least 30 days and you have been utilizing our TD Online Banking for 30 days, you can log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here if you're a BusinessDirect Customer: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8) to get started. Once in, go to the Customer Service tab on the top right. Under the Self Service heading, choose the option to "Change Address, Phone, Email Address." Here you can update and save your new contact information to be effective within 1-2 business days. If you're not already registered for Online Banking, you can enroll your account here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY (or here for BusinessDirect: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6). Just have your Account Number, TD Bank VISA Debit Card Number and Social Security Number/Tax I.D. Number (TIN) available when you do. Please remember you must be enrolled for online banking for at least 30 days in order to submit your address change request via online secure messages.
If the above options are not convenient for you, you may also mail in a request to update your contact information. Please feel free to mail your request into:

Please make sure that you properly identify your name and account number (and Business name if applicable), and sign your request for processing.
In addition, you can always reach out to a Banking Specialist to update the information for your Personal account at 888-751-9000. We're here 24 hours a day and after authenticating your account, would be happy to update any contact information we have on file. If you have a Business account with multiple signers on it, we recommend stepping into the nearest TD Bank Store as the best way to process an address update.
If you're looking to change your address on a TD Bank Credit Card, it can be changed by calling a TD Card Services Specialist at 888-561-8861, by stopping into any TD Bank Store, or by logging into http://bit.ly/1lVKil9. After logging in you will need to click on "Services" and then choose the option to "Manage Credit Card." There you will see an option to "Update Address and Phone Number." Your Address/Billing change will take effect on your Credit Card immediately.
If you're looking to change the address for a Personal Loan, Home Equity Loan (HELOC), or Line of Credit, we recommend stepping into a TD Bank Store or speaking with a Financial Solutions Group Specialist at 800-937-5020. A Change of Address form may be necessary before completing this request.
