Hello Susan, and welcome to TD Helps! We understand moving to another state is not without its challenges and we are more than happy to provide option on how to update your address.
For personal accounts, you can request your address change 24/7 via telephone at 888-751-9000. If currently utilize our TD Online Banking, you may update your address once you log in. To log in, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After entering your username and password, please visit the Customer Service tab and click on the Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address link to send your new contact information. This method may be used for both your deposit accounts and loan or line of credit accounts. Please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
For your deposit accounts, another option would be changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

For Business Deposit Accounts you may also stop by a TD location, use Online Banking through your business log in or send us a request through the mail, as shown above.
For Business Deposit Accounts with Multiple Signers, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store.
To change your address for a Credit Card, it can be changed by calling (888) 561-8861, logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stopping into any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. Address Change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card.
You can change the of address for a Personal loan can be completed by calling (800) 328-2119, stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our "Send a Message" feature through Online Banking which will send a secured email to change your address.
Unsecured Line of Credits and Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling (800) 328-2119.
The easiest way to update your address for a TD Go Card is calling TD Go Card's Customer Service Line. They are available 24/7 at 855-219-8050 and they would be happy to help! If you've enrolled your TD Go Card in Online Banking, you can also change the address after you log in. You can reach the log in page by following this link: http://bit.ly/1wibSus . If you have not enrolled, you can begin the process via this link: http://bit.ly/1jWLKzt . Please note that only the parent or guardian may alter any account information for the TD Go Card and all changes take place immediately.
Please make sure to include your signature and please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
