Thank you for coming to TD Helps, Priscilla. We have multiple options for you to update your address with us.
The first option is to visit us at a TD Bank Store location to update your address in person. Please find the nearest Store in your area here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Just stop by during lobby hours and we can update your address for you.
If you have been utilizing our TD Online Banking for at least 30 days, you can log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to get started. Once in, go to the Customer Service tab on the top right. Under the Self Service heading, choose the option to "Change Address, Phone, Email Address." Here you can update and save your new contact information to be effective within 1-2 business days.
If you prefer, you may also mail in a request to update your contact information. Please feel free to mail your request into:

Please make sure that you properly identify your name and account number and sign your request for processing.
If the above options aren't available to you right now, then you can always reach out to a Banking Specialist to update your contact information for your Personal TD account(s) at 888-751-9000. We're here 24/7 and after authenticating your account, would be happy to update any contact information for you.
Just in case that you have a Business account, we ask you please step into the nearest TD Bank Store, during lobby hours to update your business address in person.
Additionally, if you're looking to change your address on a TD Bank Credit Card, it can be changed by calling a TD Card Services Specialist at 888-561-8861, by stopping into any TD Bank Store, or by logging into http://bit.ly/1lVKil9. After logging in you will need to click on "Services" and then choose the option to "Manage Credit Card." There you will see an option to "Update Address and Phone Number."
If you're looking to change the address for a Personal Loan, Home Equity Loan (HELOC), or Line of Credit, we recommend stepping into a TD Bank Store or speaking with a Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020. A Change of Address form may be necessary before completing this request.
