One way to change your mailing address is via your Online Banking; to do so, you must be enrolled for Online Banking for more than 30 days. If so, you can click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in. After entering your user name and password, please visit the Customer Service tab and click on the Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address link to add your new contact information. Please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
You may also contact us at 888-751-9000 to connect with one of our Banking Specialists, who are available 24/7 for your convenience. If you're updating your mailing address only, or the address associated with your debit card, we'll be able to review your account at that time and make sure the correct address is listed.
For your deposit accounts, another option would be changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

To change your address for your Credit Card, you may log in to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stop into any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. An address change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card. You may also contact our Credit Card Specialists at 888-561-8861 to make sure your mailing address is correct.
And, if you're referring to your TD Go Card, the easiest way to update your address for that card is calling TD Go Card's Customer Service Line. They are available 24/7 at 855-219-8050 and they would be happy to help. If you've enrolled your TD Go Card in Online Banking, you can also change the address after you log in. You can reach the log in page by following this link: http://bit.ly/1wibSus. If you have not enrolled, you can begin the process via this link: http://bit.ly/1jWLKzt. Please note that only the parent or guardian may alter any account information for the TD Go Card and all changes take place immediately.
