In order to change your email address on file, you may can log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here if you're a BusinessDirect Customer: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8) to get started. Once in, go to the Customer Service tab on the top right. Under the Self Service heading, choose the option to "Change Address, Phone, Email Address."
Please keep in mind that this change will not update an email address used for alerts. To edit that email address for your alerts, please go to Alerts/Contact Management and provide your new info there.
