Great to see you, Marvin! We'll be glad to answer your question about how you can change your user ID.
If you are referring to BusinessDirect and you know your current user ID, sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab and select "Change User ID." If you are referring to your personal accounts, please sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab and select "Change User Name." If you need assistance, feel free to call us at 800-493-7562, option 2, to speak with a Small Business Banking Specialist.
For additional support on other online banking platforms, such as: TD Credit Card, loans, etc. please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000.
