Thanks for dropping by, Shubert! We'll be glad to help.
If you're logging in to your Personal TD Bank Online account and know your current credentials, you'll be able to reset this information after you log in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're viewing your accounts, please click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. The first two links there will be able to help you; please click on Change User Name and Change Password to complete an update. If you're a BusinessDirect user, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. The process for updating this info is very similar; search for the Customer Service tab. Click on Change Password or Change User ID, enter your current information and the new information you prefer, and submit at the bottom.
If you'd like to change this information because you're unable to access your account, we apologize for any trouble and kindly ask you to contact one of our Banking Specialists; who will be more than happy to assist you in resetting your user name. Please contact us directly at 800-493-7562, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help you. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
We hope this is helpful for you, Shubert! Thanks again for your question and enjoy your weekend.
