Congratulations on your marriage and welcome to TD Helps, Katrina!
If you have an Auto Loan with TD Bank, to change your last name you would need a copy of your marriage certificate which can be faxed or mailed. You can fax it to 207-755-4403 Attn: Consumer Research or mail the copy to 32 Chestnut Street, Lewiston, ME 04240 Attn: Research. As always, you do have the option of visiting your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, when changing your name it will only change on your TD Auto Loan account. Your name can only be changed on your Title after the loan has been paid in full and then you'll be able to take your Title to your local DMV to make the change.
If your Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, please contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to help you.
We hope this information is helpful, Katrina and have a great weekend.

Thanks for joining in, Rebecca. We're here to help no matter what life changes come your way.
For loans, the process is the same as Luis mentions above. You'd need to provide the legal documentation of your recent name change using the instructions he provides.
If you're referring to updating other accounts, you'd need to visit a TD Store with this documentation and your new photo ID. Take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store, we recommend connecting with your Home Store to discuss alternatives to stopping by.
We hope this clears things up, Rebecca. Enjoy your day.
