Thank you for taking the time to visit us here on TD Helps, Darryl! We'll be happy to help you change your User Name. The first step in changing your User Name is logging into your Online Banking and selecting the Customer Service tab, which is located at the top of your screen. Please select the link that states, "Change User Name" at the top of the first column. The change will be immediate after you click "Submit". Take a look below for some helpful tips to help guide your User Name change. -Must consist of 6 to 32 letters and numbers, with no spaces. -Must contain at least one letter and one number. -Can contain any of these special characters / \ ( ) % - ; | # + = @ . -Stay away from using easy to get information (mother’s maiden name, birth date, etc.). -Select a User Name that is not similar to your Password.
