Thanks for coming to us here on TD Helps, Tabitha. We're sorry that your debit card has been misplaced and we'll be happy to assist you.
We strongly recommend contacting our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can close your debit card and review your account. They can also assist in filing a dispute if any transactions were made fraudulently on your account. You can request us to mail a new debit card to your home address or you can visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours to pick up a new debit card. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank near you.
Once your debit card has been closed, your password can be changed a few different ways. If you cannot log in, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password. Please contact our 24/7 Digital Banking at 800-493-7562 and a Digital Specialist can assist in resetting your password too.
For additional support on other online banking platforms, such as: TD Credit Card, Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. Also contact 855-219-8050 for help logging into the TD Go Card site.
We hope this information is useful and let us know if you have any questions.
