How do I change my online username and password before the outage?

If you know your current log in credentials for your online banking, you'll be able to change this information after you log in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, click on the 'Customer Service' tab. Please click on 'User Name' and 'Password' under 'Update Profile and Preferences' to complete this change.
