Welcome to TD Helps, Nancy and we're more than happy to provide all the options so you may change your password as soon as possible.
First, if you remember your current password and are able to log in at this time; however, would like to update your existing password periodically, after logged onto your online account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then under "Self Service" select the "Change Password" option.
Just in case that you have forgotten your online banking password, but do remember your user name, we have you covered too. If you have U.S. Social Security number, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the "Forgot your password" link that is located under the password. Select the account type and input your user name and last 4 digits of your SSN, you will then be asked to answer two security questions, and after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you don't remember your user name or don't have SSN at this time, we have option for you as well. Please contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 whenever you're available. After account verification, they'll be happy to reset the password for you! If you need to reset the password for your BusinessDirect account, please contact our Small Business Team directly at 800-493-7562, option 2, who are also available 24/7. Upon account verification, they'll be able to reset your password in no time!
If you prefer speaking with us in person, you're always welcome to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours for password reset. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
Let us know if you need additional assistance from us, Nancy. We hope you have a terrific weekend!
