We appreciate you coming to us with your question, Rosanne and are happy to provide some options to change your password.
To change your Online Banking password and if you currently know both your username and password, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online at www.tdbank.com . In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change Password”.
If you remember your username but do not remember your password, you have the option to reset your password by using the Self-Service feature via your Online Banking by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the "Log In" page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and input your username. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you are unable to remember your Online Banking information, both your username and password, or if you’re referring to TD Bank BusinessDirect please call us directly at 800-493-7562. Our Digital Banking Specialists are available 24/7 and after account verification, we would be happy to help!
However, if you are referring to your TD Bank Credit Card, you can contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
For additional support on other online banking platforms such as; TD Credit Card, Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. Also, you may contact 855-219-8050 for help logging into the TD Go Card site.
As always, you could also visit your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will be able to help you, please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you.
We hope you have a lovely day, Rosanne and thanks again for your visit.
