Thanks for visiting us, Patricia! We understand the need to protect your banking information and are happy to assist.
If you're using our retail TD Bank Online Banking platform and know your current login credentials, you'll be able to reset this information after you log in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. There link which reads Change Password is the second one in the left column.
If you're a BusinessDirect user, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. You'll find the link to change this information at the Customer Service tab. While in the Customer Service Center, click on Change Password, enter your current information and the new information you prefer, and submit at the bottom.
If you're not sure of the current password or your account has become locked, a Digital Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you in resetting this information. Please contact us directly at 800-493-7562, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You're also welcome to visit a local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help you.
