I used the help function. It said to Login to online banking, select the customer service box in the upper right corner.
Select the self service box - can't find this box!

Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Victor. We are more than happy to guide you in the right direction.
Please note the "Customer Service" tab is only available if you're logged in to the full site (not the mobile app). Therefore, to change your password we suggest using a computer or the Full Site on your phone to log in. This link will bring you directly to the log in page http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. As long as you know your current user name and password you can type that information in and click "Log In." Once you're able to view your account, across the top of the page you should see multiple tabs please click on the last one titled "Customer Service," then under Self Service you'll see the option that says "Change Password." If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
When creating a new password, here are a few tips:
Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days.
If you have any trouble either logging in, locating the "Customer Service" tab or resetting your password please give our Tech Support Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. You're also welcome to visit a TD Bank Store for further assistance. For TD Bank locations please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope the information provided help. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one.
