Good morning and thank you for coming to us here on TD Helps, Dorothy! We'll be happy to provide the ways you can change your password.
If you know your current user name and password and would like to change it, please visit: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Enter your user name and current password and click Log In. Next, select the "Customer Service" tab and then "Change Password".
If you're a BusinessDirect user, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. You'll find the links to change this information at the Service Center, under the Customer Service tab. Click on Change Password, enter your current information and the new information you prefer, and submit at the bottom.
If you're unable to reset this yourself for any reason, please contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. If you need to reset the password for your BusinessDirect account, please contact us at 800-493-7562, option 2, to speak with our Small Business Team, also available 24/7.
If you are looking to change the verification Password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall the current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours. If you do remember the current verification Password and would like to update it, you may contact our 24/7 customer service department at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank store. If you are referring to a TD Bank credit card, you can contact us 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to speak with a TD Credit Card Specialist.
If you are unable to contact us via telephone, you can visit any local TD Store during lobby hours as Customer Service Representative can assist.
