It's great to have you join us in the TD Helps community, Maryann. We would be happy to provide you with the several options available on how to reset your PIN for your TD Debit Card.
If you know your current PIN and would like to change it, you can do one of the following:
- When visiting any TD Bank ATM you can insert your card into the ATM and enter your current PIN. Choose “Change PIN” as a transaction option and then enter your new PIN selection by following the prompts on the screen. This option only applies if you know your current PIN number.
- You could call our Voice Response Unit at (888) 553-4122 and follow the prompts to change your PIN. You will need your TD Debit card handy for this option.
If you do not remember your PIN number and need to reset it, you can do one of the following:
- Visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID; check out http://bit.ly/TDStoresfor a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours.
- You can call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once one of our dedicated Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
If you feel that your card may be compromised. We can close your current card and reissue a replacement card. You can call a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. After verification, we can close your card and mail out a new replacement card. You may also stop into any of our TD Bank Stores for an instant issue replacement card. For a location near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for visiting, Maryann and have a fabulous day!

Thank you for asking your question on TD Helps, Ibrahim. We'd be happy to help you change your password.
If you know your current password and you're logging in to your personal TD Bank Online Banking account, you'll be able to reset this information after you sign in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. Please click on Change Password to complete an update.
If you're a BusinessDirect user, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. You'll find the link to change your password at the Service Center, under the Customer Service tab. Click on Change Password, enter your current information and the information you'd like to change it to, and submit at the bottom.
Please note that password changes for both Personal and Business accounts take effect immediately.
If you've forgotten your current password, that is okay too. You can change your password before logging in by using the Trouble Logging In link located beneath the password field here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. You will need your username and the last four digits of your Social Security number to change your password this way. Once you submit the two, you will be asked to answer a few of your security questions prior to creating a new password.
If you are referring to a TD Bank Go Card, click here: http://bit.ly/1qcR0B0 to change your password. If you have any questions, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 855-219-8050.
For additional support on other online banking platforms, such as: TD Credit Card, Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at the telephone number listed below.
If you're inquiring about this change as your account has become locked or you don't have some of the information required to reset this yourself, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact us directly at 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will also be able to help. Feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
We hope this helps, Ibrahim and have a good day.
