As there are multiple possibilities when our Customers may need to use their PINs, we'll try to cover all the options here.
If you are referring to your debit card PIN, there are a couple of ways you can change it. If you know your current PIN and need to change it, please see below for options:
- When visiting any TD Bank ATM you can insert your card into the ATM and enter your current PIN. Choose “Change PIN” as a transaction option and then enter your new PIN selection by following the prompts on the screen. This option only applies if you know your current PIN number.
- You could call our Voice Response Unit at (888) 553-4122 and follow the prompts to change your PIN. You will need your TD Debit card handy for this option.
However; if you do not remember your PIN and need to reset it, you can do one of the followings:
- Visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID; check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours.
- You can call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once one of our dedicated Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
-You can also send us a secure message via your online banking to request a PIN reminder. After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Once you finish typing, you may click on Send. Also, please allow 7-10 business days for the PIN Reminder to be mailed to your address on file.
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and wish to enroll for online banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you are referring to your PIN for our 24/7 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) at 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000) and if this is your first time accessing the IVR, the PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security number. Please note; you will be required to change this PIN from the last four numbers of your SSN to a unique 4 digit numbers of your choice. If you have previously changed your PIN and forgotten your current PIN, you may feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank store during lobby hours to have it reset.
Additionally, if you're looking to change the verification Password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall the current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours. If you do remember the current verification Password and would like to update it, you may contact our 24/7 customer service department at the same number listed above or visit your local TD Bank store.

For TD Go Card PIN assistance, you may contact TD Go Card Customer Service 24/7 at 855-219-8050.
