If you're able to log onto your TD Bank Online Banking, you can view and change your security questions and answers by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
If you have any trouble logging online you can contact us directly 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Once you reach a Representative, they'll be able to help!
