Thanks for joining us today on TD Helps! We'd be happy to help you update your PIN.
Though you are unable to change your PIN online at this time, there are a few other ways to update this information.
If you're referring to your TD Bank ATM or Visa Debit Card PIN, then you can reset it anytime 24/7 by calling 888-553-4122. As long as you know your current PIN, you'll be able to follow the prompts and reset your card to a new PIN of your choosing.
You are also able to update your PIN when visiting any TD Bank ATM. Just insert your card into the ATM and enter your current PIN. Choose “Change PIN” as a transaction option and then enter your new PIN selection by following the prompts on the screen. This option only applies if you know your current PIN number.
If you do not remember your PIN and need to reset it, we have a few suggestions for you. You may visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID; check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours. Or, you can call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.Once one of our dedicated Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office. You can also send us a Secure Message via your Online Banking to request a PIN reminder. After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center." You may choose General Account Inquiry as the subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Once you finish typing, you may click on Send. Also, please allow 7-10 business days for the PIN reminder to be mailed to your address on file.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).

If your card has been locked due to unsuccessful PIN attempts, we recommend contacting a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, one of our Banking Specialists can assist and remove any block on your card if necessary.
