Thanks for stopping by TD Helps today, Dima.
If you are able to log onto your Online Banking and remember both your User Name and Password and you’re looking to change your User Name, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name” If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and follow the same steps to change your User ID.
If you’re having trouble remembering your Online Banking User Name, you’re always welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists.
