Welcome to TD Helps, Wilma. We would be happy to help!
If you are referring to your TD Online Banking and you currently know both your user name and password, you can change your information by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab once you've logged into your account online at www.tdbank.com. In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name” and a separate link to “Change Password.” When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
-Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
-Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
-Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
-Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you do not remember both your user name and password, we can also help! You can visit us at any time at any TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You could also call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and speak to any one of our dedicated Online Banking Specialists.
For additional support on other online banking platforms such as; TD Credit Card, Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. Also, you may contact 855-219-8050 for help logging into the TD Go Card site.
We hope this helps. Have a great one.
