I want to change my user name to sign into my accounts. How do I do this?

Updating your username for your online banking is easy, and we'll be more than happy to help!
It sounds as though you may be looking to update your username due to the new Personal Online Banking update that is coming to our website, www.tdbank.com! If this is the case, and you're aware of your current username, you'll first want to log into your online banking. Feel free to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to do so.
Once you have gained access to your account, you'll want to click on the 'Customer Service' tab towards the upper, right hand side of your screen. Next, under 'Update Profile and Preferences', you will want to click on 'User Name'. Then, simply enter in your new preferred username. It's important to note that your new username cannot include any of the following characters:
/ \ ( ) % - ; | # + = @
Once you have selected your new username, select 'Submit'. After doing so, you'll be all set!
