hi yes I want to change my user I got an email to change it but it close before I could do it

Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Linda. We'd be happy to help with ways to change your username.
If you are able to log into your Online Banking or BusinessDirect, you can change your username any time by visiting the "Customer Service" tab. It is located at the top right corner of your screen. The link that you would then look for after selecting that tab is "Change User Name" at the pop of the first column. Please keep in mind that this change will be immediate after you submit your new username.
If you are unable to log in at this time, don't worry! We are available 24/7 to assist you in recovering and changing your username. By dialing 800-493-7562, you can speak with one of our Digital Banking Specialists and after account verification; they will be able to help with all your Online Banking needs. If you are trying to change you username for a TD loan account, we ask that you contact our Financial Solutions group 24/7 at 800-973-5020.
If you need to update your username for a TD Credit Card, we ask that you speak with our Credit Card department 24/7 at 888-561-8861.

To reset your username and password, we recommend you contact us at 800-493-7562; 24/7 to speak with a TD Bank Online Specialist who can assist you in resetting your information after account verification. We'd be happy to help you change your password. To start, log into your online banking account by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in, select the 'Customer Service' tab at the top right. Under the 'Self Service' tab the first grouping is for updating your profile and preference. Click on the first hyperlink in that category that says 'Username'. You'll need to enter your username twice to ensure we have it correct. Once you've clicked 'Submit', you'll be all set to use your new username going forward.
