If you know your information and would like to change them, you have the option of using the self-service feature via Online Banking to change both your User Name and password. Please follow this link to log into your Online Banking, http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you've entered your current User Name and password, select the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name” and a separate link to “Change Password”.
If you do not remember your User Name or password, or if you need further assistance to use the self-service feature, you can call us directly 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After account verification, our Digital Banking Specialist will be more than happy to help you. You also have the option of visiting us, during lobby hours, at any local TD Store.
