I was in the process of changing my user name and password. When I tried to enter it, it kept saying verify username. When I hit the cancel button it disappeared and now I can't get back to that screen.

We understand you are having difficulties updating your User Name and password. Based off your question we believe you may have already started this process and may be at a point where using our self-service feature is no longer an option. At this point, we suggest contacting our 24/7 Digital Banking Team at 800-493-7562. One of our Specialists can assist in changing your User Name and password after they verify your account.
