How do I change my username/password, it has a special character which wont be accepted in the TD upgrade.

Hi Tzina! Thanks for stopping by TD Helps.
Its quick and easy to change your username and password through your online banking and we'd be happy to provide you with instructions.
To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then select the 'Customer Service' tab. In the first group under the 'Self Service' tab, you'll see hyperlinks for your username and password. Just select 'Username' and you'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to enter your new username twice. Once you've entered everything in, just click 'Submit'. To change your password, go back to the same tab and select 'Password'. On the next screen, you'll be asked to enter your current password and then your new one, twice. You'll find all the requirements right there for you! Once you click 'Submit' you'll be all set!
