How do I go about getting my bank card updated - when I use it I have to put in my old zip code and address for billing even though I moved back in April.

There may be different options available to you to update your address, depending on the type of account that you have. If this is regarding your personal account(s), you may call us directly at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialists, available 24/7. After account verification, they would be more than happy to assist with your request. You may also visit us at your local TD Store, during lobby hours. Please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank near you.
If you've been using TD Bank Online Banking for over 30 days, you have the option of updating your address once you log in. To log in, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After entering your user name and password, please visit the Customer Service tab and click on the Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address link to send your new contact information.
For your deposit accounts, another option would be changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail your request to:

For Business Deposit Accounts you may also stop by a TD location, use Online Banking through your business log in or send us a request through the mail, as shown above.

Please include the following information:
- The account number
- A specific request to update your mailing address and telephone numbers
- Full signatures of all authorized signers on the account for verification purposes (If there are multiple signers on the account)
-A daytime and evening phone number where account signers may be reached if necessary
Please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
