It is a pleasure to have you join us on TD Helps, Tamara.
Changing your transfer depends on how it was first set up. If you set up your automatic transfer via your TD Online Banking, you can alter it anytime by accessing the "Transfer" tab. You would then select the "Scheduled Transfers" tab. You can then click on the "Edit" link next to the scheduled transfer you'd like to update. You will then be taken to the "Transfer Details" page where you can change the amount of a transfer, change the accounts the funds are being debited from or going into, or cancel the transfer. Once you’ve made your selection, please select "Save Changes".
If you did not set up the transfer from your TD Online Banking, you can connect with a Banking Specialist who would be happy to help.
You may send your request via secure message by locating the "Customer Service" tab than beneath "Message Center," you would select to send a secure message. Please be sure to provide the account numbers of your Checking and Savings account and also the new transfer amount.
If you are not enrolled, that is okay! To enroll for TD Online Banking, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY.You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, account number, and e-mail address.
