Thanks for your question, Loretta. We'd be glad to help.
If you know your current PIN for your ATM/debit card and would like to change it, you can do one of the following:
- When visiting any TD Bank ATM, you can insert your card into the ATM and enter your current PIN. Choose “Change PIN” as a transaction option and then enter your new PIN selection by following the prompts on the screen. This option only applies if you know your current PIN number.
- You could also call our Voice Response Unit at 888-553-4122 and follow the prompts to change your PIN. You will need your TD Debit card handy for this option.
If you do not remember your PIN number and need to reset it, no worries! We have other options for you. You are more than welcome to visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID, and check out http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours.
You can also call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once our Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail.
You are also able to send a secure message to receive a pin reminder. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please know that PIN reminders may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your address.
We hope these options help, Loretta, and have a good day.
