It's great to see you Edward.
We'd like to inform you that though your zip code has changed, it will not affect any payments regarding your checks, as long as your account and routing number remain the same.
You may still utilize the checks with your old zip code if you'd like. You also have the option of ordering a new book of checks.
To order new checks, you may do so by logging directly into your Personal Online Banking, by visiting: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you are currently not enrolled in Online Banking, not to worry! You may check out: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to get started. To complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, debit card number, your Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
If you need assistance with enrolling in Online Banking, please give us a call! We are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and will be more than happy to help.
Once you are fully logged in, and are able to view your account, towards the top, right hand side of your screen, please click on the 'Customer Service' tab. Once there, under the 'Special Request and Documents' section, click on the 'Order Checks' hyperlink. Next, select the account you wish to order checks for, and then press 'Continue'. After doing so, you will be redirected to another page, and you're welcome to either do a 'Quick Order', or you can also view our full catalog. Simply follow the prompts, and once you have confirmed that all your information is correct, you will be good to go!
Generally, your checks will arrive within 7-10 business days, and please note that a fee may be assessed, and that this fee can vary depending on your account type. To determine what the fee may be for your account, we invite you to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu, and then select the 'Compare Accounts' tab. Under the 'Checks' section, you can find more information on what this fee should be.
Thanks for writing in, Edward.
Hope to see you again soon!
