Thanks for stopping by with your question, Jerald!
If you are able to log in to your Online Banking by using a computer (not mobile app) and you currently know both your user name and password and you’re looking to change the information, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab once you've logged in to your account online at www.tdbank.com. In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change User Name” and a separate link to “Change Password”.
When creating your new password:
Use a combination of numbers and letters, but no spaces
Your password should be unique
Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity
If you do not remember both your user name and password or if this is a TD Bank BusinessDirect account you can contact our Digital Banking Team 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to get assistance. You could also visit your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will be able to help you. Please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you.
If you're referring to TD Card Services you may contact a TD Credit Card Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
If you are referring to your TD Go Card account, please us 24/7 at 855-219-8050.
Have a great week, Jerald!
