To update your TD Online Banking login information, we ask that you visit www.tdbank.com via your PC or web browser on your mobile phone. If you are using the web browser, please be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and select "View Full Site." Please note, we do not offer the ability to update your login information via TD Bank Mobile App.
If you know your current username, you may use our self-service feature by logging into your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/SMUhhl (or here if you're a BusinessDirect Customer: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8). After you log in, please select the "Customer Service" tab than click on "Change User Name" link. A few tips we'd like to share when changing your user name:
• Must consist of 6 to 32 letters and numbers, with no spaces.
• Must contain at least one letter and one number.
• Can contain any of these special characters / \ ( ) % - ; | # + = @ . _
• Stay away from using easy to get information (mother’s maiden name, birth date, etc.).
• Select a User Name that is not similar to your Password.
Please be sure to "Submit" your changes.
