Great question, Charles! Thanks so much for joining us and we hope you're doing well.
If you use TD Bank Bill Pay to make your monthly payments and you usually make your payments each month manually rather than using a recurring payment, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562, using Option 3. We'll be able to change the default account for you at your request after account verification.
If you're making recurring or automatic payments to some of your Billers and you'd like to change the account that these payments are withdrawn from, you'll want to delete your existing series of payments to that biller and establish a new one with the payment account you prefer.
Please follow these steps:
-Log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
-Click on the Bill Pay tab
-Click on the Manage Your Bills tab
-Select the Biller you'd like to update from the drop-down list
-Select "Delete Automatic Payment" using the radio button
-Click OK on the pop-up box that appears
You're then free to set up a new recurring payment to this Biller, at which time you can select the Pay account you'd like to use.
If you find that you have any questions about this process, you're more than welcome to speak with us using the number above at any time, 24/7, or visit us at any TD Bank Store. Please find a listing of our Stores nearest you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for your question, Charles and we hope this is helpful. Take care.
