You are able to check your balance online via our Online Banking website. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging on to your account. You may also view your transactions and account history as well. Please login to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and you'll immediately be shown the "Accounts" page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account to view recent activities.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/Debit Card number, and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance. Similarly, if you would like to speak with a Representative in person, you are able to visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours to enroll.
If you have a business checking account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect" page, please complete the application using your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, ATM/Debit Card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a Debit Card for your account or would like to have immediate access to Online Banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. Once enrolled for Online Banking, you are able to check your balance on the go by using our Mobile App! The TD Bank Mobile App is available for most iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices so you can manage your banking needs anytime, anywhere. You can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that the Mobile App will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for you Online Banking Profile on our website.

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
