How do i check my account over the phone

It sounds as though you may be unsure of how to take advantage TD Bank's Bank by Phone feature, and if this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help.
To obtain general account information, such as your current balance, transactions, and much more, you're able to simply dial 1-888-751-9000 to connect with this feature, 24/7.
If you have never used this Bank by Phone feature before, during your first call, you may be prompted to enter either your account number or your TD Bank VISA Debit Card number. After that, you may be asked to confirm the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, and after entering this information, the system will then ask you to create a unique 4 digit Phone Code to use for future access through the Bank by Phone system.
In the event that you have any trouble accessing this system, you may be connected with a Banking Specialists, and once on the phone, they'll be more than happy to assist you with not only accessing this system, but they may also help with any questions or concerns that you may have with your account.
