Checking your balance can be quick and easy. We'll be happy to walk you through the options.
Your first option is to give a call to our customer service line at 888-751-9000, which is available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have. After proper account verification, the representative you are connected with would be more than happy to give you your account balance. If you prefer, you may also call our automated teller service at 800-937-2000 to obtain your account balance. Please keep in mind that if it is your first time using the automated system, it will ask you for last 4 digits of your Social Security number which will act as the PIN for your profile.
Another option that may interest you is to go directly to one of our TD Bank ATM's or locations. When checking your balance through an ATM, all you have to do is insert your Debit Card, then provide your 4-digit PIN, and then press the "Balance inquiry" option. You can also use Non-TD ATMs to check your balance, for information on fees for Non-TD ATMs, check out http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Also note that ATMs do not register all transactions that may be pending against the account (ex: gas, credit card payments, and other checks or bills). For the TD Bank location option, a Teller at the drive-up window or one in the lobby behind the counter can assist you. You will need to provide a valid form of identification to obtain account information and make withdraws from the desired account. The most popular option for checking your balance is to use our TD Bank Online service. First and foremost, in order to check your balance online, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists. After you've successfully enrolled, the first page that is displayed will show your accounts with TD and the current balances.
