Good afternoon, James and welcome to TD Helps! We're happy to provide some options for checking your account balance online.
If you haven't already done so, we invite you to enroll in our free Online Banking service. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy! If you'll be viewing personal accounts, please begin here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to use our self-service enrollment option. You'll need to have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and email address ready for this process.
Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier, and to create a user name and password. You'll then be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you'll be enrolling your business account for TD Bank BusinessDirect, please see http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You will need your business ATM/Debit Card number, your Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, your business name and email address to complete the application. When you are finished, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial user ID and password.
When you log in to either your personal or business account, to view your balance please click on the Accounts tab and then the name of the account will be listed in blue. Once you click on that link, you'll be able to view both your balance as well as recent transactions.
Also, we're happy to inform you that once you're enrolled for Online Banking, you can also begin using TD Bank Mobile Banking as well. You'll be able to use your mobile phone or device to access your account information, including your balance, and make deposits as well!
To download the Mobile App for your Android, iPhone, or Blackberry please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. If your account has been open for 90 days or more and you would like to begin using the Mobile Deposit feature, please see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL. If you will be using BusinessDirect, that mobile app can be found here: http://bit.ly/XPQXFn, which is available for the iPhone and Android devices.
Should you encounter any difficulty at all, don't worry! Please give one of our Digital Specialists a call at
800-493-7562 anytime, 24/7. They'll be more than happy to assist you with enrollment or with any questions you may have. And as always, you're welcome to visit a TD Bank Store for help; please find yours at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope you'll find these options convenient, James! Let us know of any other questions, and enjoy the rest of your day.
