This is a great question, Deeksha. We'll be more than happy to help provide you with options on how to confirm the address on your TD Bank account.
The first and easiest way to check the address you have listed on your account would be to check your statements. For your convenience, you have access to statements for the previous seven years by simply logging into your Online Banking profile. To log in, please use the link here https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you have not signed up for Online Banking, don't worry! You may use our self-service link here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to sign up from the comfort of your home. Please note that in order to do so you will need your account number, your Social Security Number, email address, and either a TD Bank ATM or Visa Debit Card number.
Another way to confirm your current address is by visiting your nearest TD Store location during lobby hours. A Customer Service Representative will be more than happy to assist you. We invite you to take a look at the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for Store locations and hours.
If you are able to confirm your address, and it is not correct, or if you are looking to change your address, a Customer Service Representative at a Store location will be more than happy to also assist you with updating any information. We just ask that you please bring a valid photo ID with you during your visit.
In addition to visiting a Store location, this request may be completed online by sending a secure message using your Online Banking. To log in, please use the link provided above. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. You may also send a secure message right from your mobile device. Simply log in, and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
Your final option when wanting to change your address would be to call and speak with a Banking Specialist at 1-888-751-9000. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be more than happy to help, as well as answer any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Please note that if you are looking to change your address on a TD Bank Credit Card, it may be changed by calling a TD Card Services Specialist at 888-561-8861, by stopping into any TD Bank Store, or by logging into http://bit.ly/28LTtn1. After logging in you will need to click on 'Services' and then choose the option to 'Manage Credit Card.' There, you will see an option to 'Update Address and Phone Number.'
If you're looking to change the address for a Personal Loan, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), or Line of Credit, we recommend stepping into a TD Bank Store, or speaking with a Financial Solutions Group Specialist, 24/7, at 800-937-5020. A Change of Address form may be necessary before completing this request.
We hope this information was helpful, Deeksha. Have an amazing weekend!
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
