If you are able to log onto your TD Bank Online Banking, you can view and change your security questions and answers by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
If you remember your user name but do not remember your password, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, and after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password. After you reset your password, please follow the steps provided above to change your security questions.
