Good of you to stop by TD Helps, Cynthia! We'll be glad to assist you regarding your online statements.
You can access your online statements by signing into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, clicking on the account that you'd like to view, select the Statements tab and then the statement that you'd like to view.
If you have not enrolled, that is okay! It is free and easy to sign up! Please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin. You'll need your account number, Social Security number and your ATM/debit card number. If you run into any problems while enrolling or if you do not have your ATM card handy, please contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist who, after account verification, would be happy to help get you set up!
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen 2. Click “Statements” 3. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” 4. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password.
In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps answer your question and have a great week, Cynthia!
