If you have an account with us and are enrolled in online banking, you can send us a secured message. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Please note that if you choose to send us a secured message, your inquiry can be account specific.
You could also email us on our web page as well. Please visit www.tdbank.com, click on the Customer Service link located at the top of the page and select "Send us an e-mail" at the bottom of the page. Another method you could use would be sending us a question through TD Helps.
