Thanks for sending us your question today, Christine. We'd be glad to help provide the steps on how to remove a Biller from your TD Bill Pay.
We have recently made some improvements with our online Bill Pay service. To remove your existing biller information, please follow the steps below:
-Log in to your account at: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq
-Click on the Bill Pay tab
-In the Payment Center, beneath the individual Biller you'd like to remove, click on "Activity"
-Once you have done so, click on "Details"
-At the bottom, you can choose the "Remove (Biller Name)" link
-A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm deletion. Click on the Delete Bill button.
Kindly note that this will remove any pending payments you have scheduled, so please ensure these have been completed prior to removing the Biller from your list. I can't delete this following your directions from the website. I don't get the remove link. Tried more than one biller, and don't have that option.
