Thanks for writing in, we're sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulties using Bill Pay, Patricia. We'll be happy to help you with the updated Bill Pay.
If you are trying to delete an existing payee, you can do so by accessing the Bill Pay function in online banking after logging in. To go directly to the log in page, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then select the "Bill Pay" tab. You would then select to "Payment Center." A list of your payees should be listed below. Next, you would select the Payee you wish to delete, and select the link "Details". Once you've selected the details the option to remove the payee is located at the bottom.
