We are more than happy to help guide you in the right direction for resetting your Online Banking User Name. If you remember your log-on credentials, you may sign in and then click on the Customer Service tab on the top right hand corner of your TD Online Banking profile. Once you have clicked on the tab, there will be the option listed to "Change User Name."
If you've forgotten your User Name, please give our Banking Specialist a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we would be happy to help reset your credentials and get you back up and running for your Online Banking. If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
If you are having trouble resetting the User Name on www.tdcardservices.com, you can contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 1-888-561-8861.
