Thanks for coming to TD Helps, Michael.
If you need to make a deposit while you are away from a TD Bank, and if you have an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account with TD Bank that has been open for 90 days or more, you may use the Mobile Deposit feature. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit. Please also see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
To use Mobile Deposit, you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. Once you have enrolled as mentioned above, you can also use your mobile phone to access your account information and make deposits. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link, and mobile deposit can be used with most Android and iPhone devices.
Deposits can also be made at any NYCE shared deposit ATM in the U.S using your TD Bank Visa debit card. Look for the NYCE network on a nearby ATM; if you find this available, you may make a deposit there. Please note it may take several business days for your deposit to be credited. Or, feel free to mail in a deposit using these guidelines:
Mail to: TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
If you need to Fed-EX or UPS a mail in a Deposit to us, you can ship it to the address below:
TD Bank Bank by Mail 140 Mill Street Lewiston ME 04243
We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail - Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same - Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only") - Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed - Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy - If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly - Do not staple transactions
If you have questions regarding other banking you may need to complete, we invite you to call a Banking Specialist directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000. At that time, we can provide more options for you.
Hope this helps and have a nice day.
