Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Alex! We'll be happy to go over how you can switch to paperless statements.
You can enroll in paperless statements through your personal Online Banking at www.tdbank.com. If you have not enrolled yet, you can do so for free by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, Social Security number, E-Mail address and your ATM/debit card number. If you run into any problems while enrolling or if you do not have your ATM card handy, please contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist available 24/7. If you prefer, you can always visit a TD Bank location during lobby hours as well. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you.
Once you've enrolled for Online Banking, to sign up for paperless statements, please select the "Online Statement Settings" link listed under the "Help & Related Tasks" box located on the left side of your screen. You could also select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Self Service" click on "Online Statement Settings" link as well. After selecting the necessary link, you will now be at the "Update Online Statement Settings" page. Please select the account(s) you'd like to change the statement settings for, confirm your email address, and also read the "Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement" and the "Hardware and Software Requirements", please note, a window should pop up for this portion of the enrollment process. After reading the required documents, please check the boxes and select "Save Changes".
You will now receive an email notification when a statement is available for viewing. To view a copy of a statement, you can do so by selecting the "Statements" tab under "Account History".
Let us know if you have any questions and have a good one!
